AHCAB Committee Motion - PASSED
March 27, 2021
Background: Background is contained in the recommendation presented to the Area 46 Assembly on March 27, during the AHCAB Chair Report.
Motion: The Ad Hoc Committee About the Books moves that all of the books received from Metropolitan Detention Center, with the exception of 2nd Edition Spanish Big Books, be distributed proportionally to those districts which want to participate. Proportional distribution is based on the number of registered groups in each district. Any district that wishes to opt out should notify the AHCAB committee chair by August 1, 2021. This distribution is intended to begin on or after the September 2021 Area Assembly.
This motion does not require a change in the AIP and does not require Area funding.
