Happy Summer Everyone!

DISTRICT WORKSHOPS

Part of my role as your Alternate Delegate is to work with districts of Area 46 to host workshops. I am a ready and willing resource for you! I would love to do a workshop on any aspect of A.A. service. Some workshop ideas could be GSR orientation for your district; the life of a conference agenda item; why rotation is important; how Area 46 works and many others. I am happy to do a workshop on the same day of Eloy’s delegate report, or we can choose another time.

CONFERENCE DELEGATE REPORT

The General Service conference was held in Brooklyn, New York April 24-30. Eloy M., our Area 46 Delegate, is ready to give his Delegate’s report to all of our districts. If your district has not yet scheduled a delegate’s report, please reach out to Eloy and get it scheduled for your district.  This report is the best way for GSRs in each district to communicate to their groups what took place at this year’s General Service Conference.

SWRAASA

Please consider joining us in Tulsa, Oklahoma October 7-9 for the Southwest Region A.A. Service Assembly.  SWRAASA is an opportunity to learn and share about the General Service Structure at the group, district, area, and conference levels, and to share information on the trusted service positions within that framework.

Every A.A. member can attend SWRAASA. You do not have to have ever held a service position. SWRAASA is a great weekend to learn more about service work and carrying the message of A.A.
