Greetings Area 46,
I hope this report finds you well and in good health. First and fore-most I would like to thank District 10 Carlsbad for hosting the Area 46 December Assembly. I have to say I re-ally missed going down to Carlsbad . Come to think of it, I really miss going to any town for assemblies. Like many of you I can’t wait till we can Fellowship once again. This COVID too will pass. Speaking of the Assembly I want to shout out to Kerri K. and the Tech team. Without them we couldn’t have had an awesome Assembly. Again thank you for all the great work and dedication to AA. On Monday following the Assembly Bill L. (Area Delegate), myself, South-west Delegates and Alt. Delegates met with Jimmy D. on a Zoom conference call. Jimmy gave a report on some GSC (General Service Confer-ence) agenda items coming from committees. He also spoke on the Conference itself and on GSO Trustee at Large who is scheduled to re-tire. Bill L. and I will commence our phone meetings now that the GSC preliminary agenda items and back-ground material will be sent to all the Delegates. Onto Area 46 Service Forum — the committee will meet on January 9 at 11 a.m. We are looking for a person or persons who are willing to serve as Attraction chair — con-tact me or Kerri. K Area Web Chair Alternate Delegate for info or join us at the area forum meeting. The Sub Program Committee has been meeting on the first Monday of every month and is busy working on the topics for the forum. We all hope to get speakers and presenters from all of Area 46 also the Spanish Linguistic District 17 has be-gun conversations for their two sessions in Spanish. Good job to Ray R. and the program committee.
