I hope this report finds you well and in good health. We had our NAAD meeting (North American Alt Delegates) on the 1st day of the month. We have our meeting on the first day of every Month. The discussion this month of February was on the general service Conference Agenda items, not the items themselves but how they are discussed through-out North America. This discussion will be part of my assembly report at the March Assembly
Speaking of Agenda items, I had an opportunity to practice in distributing some of the assembly Topics to Committees and Districts. Bill L., our Delegate shares the GSO Agenda Items with me and we had discussed this beforehand. It was a good learning experience.
Some of the topics are actually going out to where I thought they should be distributed to. Thank you Bill for your mentorship and guidance. The Southwest Region of AA is getting ready to have our South West Region Delegates Assembly March 12 and 13. It will be a virtual event. I will report on SWRDA at the March Assembly along with topics that come out of our next NAAD meeting on March 1st. The 2021 Area 46 Service Forum as of right now doesn’t have a Venue, and the committee has made a decision that if we don’t get one by April 10, we will discuss and vote on if we should go Strictly virtual. Also, the Forum program sub-committee will be close to finalizing the program by the March Assembly. That’s enough out of me for now.
