Greetings Area 46! Hope this finds you all well and in good spirits.
The Archives Committee is continuing the search for a larger space to house and keep current the Area 46 Archives collection. The committee will be giving a point of discussion and presentation during the upcoming pre-conference assembly. We plan to give an update on the progress on finding a new space and the plans for use of the space for the collection. We encourage input from the Area.
Michelle T., Archivist is making regular trips to Archives space to verify information, identify items that need to be added, and update group histories as they are submitted. She also adds any Grapevines that have New Mexico stories, letters, or photos from her personal subscription.
Eloy, Area 46 Delegate, has sent out the agenda items and as it is seems to be custom the Archives Committee is asked to review the content and format of the Archives Workbook. I invite the Archives Committee members and the Area to review and send any comments or suggested changes to me at archiveschair@dev.aa-nia.org.
