We met on Zoom February 5 at 7:00. Five members were in attendance, representing 4 districts.
District 3 is continuing to encourage groups to complete Group Histories.
District 16 has acquired some old Grapevine magazines and is going through them for stories and pictures on New Mexico.
District 2 is continuing to request completed Group Histories and has picked up Archives material from the Santa Fe Central Office.
District 14 has sent to a request and Group History Form to all GSRs in the district.
Archives has received a request to present the JeopAArdy game on Zoom. With the technical help of our Delegate, Bill L., we will be doing that presentation on March 6.
There has been no money spent from our budget at this time.
