Happy New Year!
Welcome all Panel 74 Trusted Servants. I am so grateful to be serving with all the new GSRs, DCMs, Area 46 Committee Chairs and Area 46 Officers.
Preparations for the 74th General Service Conference have already begun! I am pleased to be serving on the Conference Committee on Policy/Admissions during my rotation. Additionally, I will be serving on the Conference Committee on International Conventions/Regional Forums as a secondary committee. These two committees will keep me busy before and during the conference.

The final General Service Conference agenda should be published mid-February. The background material for each conference committee will be released separately over a few days following the release of the final agenda. I will share all this information once it is available and will begin reaching out to DCMs and Area Committee Chairs regarding agenda item assignments.
For some agenda items I will be looking for feedback from a wide range of groups and districts. I am working on some creative ways to gather feedback including a series of Online Town Hall meetings in March where specific agenda items will be discussed. To prepare for these Town Hall meetings, please look at my article on the Delegates page on the service site on the importance of an informed group conscience.
For now, please mark your calendars for February 17 at 9:00 AM. Ally T., Alternate Delegate, and I will be hosting an online workshop called “The Life of a Conference Agenda Item.” It is designed to help A.A. members understand who can submit proposed agenda items and what can happen to them after submission.
In Grateful Service,
Kerri K.
