Greetings from District 13! We meet on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 10:00 AM. Our next hybrid meeting will be on Saturday, December 10, 2022. I am excited to announce that instead of our usual meeting format, during our December District meeting, we will be hosting a workshop put on by our Alt Delegate Kerri K. on how to be a GSR! This will be a great opportunity to learn about general service for all GSRs, anyone who is considering becoming a GSR, or anybody who simply wants to learn more about general service in AA. We will be serving coffee and morning refreshments. It will be a hybrid event, so you can attend virtually or in person. The meeting will start with a short report on December Assembly at 10:00 followed by the workshop at 10:15. I hope to see you there! Venue and zoom info is as follows:

My 7th AA birthday is coming up this month on November 20th. I love my sober life and I’m grateful every day for the full and fulfilling life that the program of Alcoholics Anonymous has brought me. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of my AA journey!
District 13 is continuing to hold elections each month until all service positions are filled. We are in need of a secretary as well as committee chairs for Intergroup, Corrections, Treatment and Young People in AA. All GSRs, Alt. GSRs, group contacts, or individuals interested in helping provide services to the A.A. communities of Albuquerque (S of I-40 & E of I-25), Tijeras, Moriarty, McIntosh, Willard, Mountainair, and Corona are welcome and encouraged to attend, stand, and be elected.
Please consider including District 13 when your group makes quarterly distributions. It is through your generous contributions that we are able to provide services to our local A.A. communities. Checks can be made out to District 13, and mailed to P.O. Box 40344, Albuquerque, NM 87196. You can contribute digitally by sending contributions in Venmo to user @district-13.
