Overview January – March 2024:

February total distribution of email and print was 613 up from 585 last report

EMAIL DISTRIBUTION

  • 295 Contacts up 41 with distribution to Officers, Committees, and DCMs
  • The email read is 50% up from 44.6% in November 2023.
  • Note: Electronic version does not have Trusted Servant last names, Street addresses and phone numbers, and the treasures report is excluded.
  • Total expenditure for this 2-month e-service for 2024 was $75.74
  • Upgraded Constant Contact to downloadable database
  • No update for new GSRs associated with groups 2024 database outdated

PRINT DISTRIBUTION

  • Total receiving print newsletter is 318. Added new Officers, Committees and DCMs where there was information and removed 2022-3 information for these Trusted Servants.
  • The total of AA (groups only) receiving the newsletter is 289 with 223 identified associated with districts and 66 groups with no district association. All information about the groups is outdated
  • In December, 2023 ELF pages were removed by the printer leaving 3 pages with no information. In January 2024 the printer failed to mail the ELF all together.  February called back in because information previous identified by transfer to their database was deleted and needed to be reloaded.

MANAGING FINANCES:

  • 2023 Carryover balance from contributions $2559.51. Contributions January – February 15 $1700.66.
  • Expenses printer $1359.92 and email (January, February). Net funds on hand January, February $340.14. available funds $2899.65. No bank Statement on hand for January, 2024

FUTURE PLANS

  • Receive information to update data (name, title, address, email) reflecting 2024 DCM, GSR, group names districts
  • Currently seeking a New Mexico printer/mailing agent to electronically receive ELF copy and mail the newsletter out. This will provide for a universal printer/distributor no matter the location of future ELF editors may be.
  • After updated mailing and email is information received will update database and audit to report how many groups are sending contributions to ELF.
  • Meet with committee members to seek new opportunities to improve the newsletter
