We will be discussing ideas for a conference theme and electing some still-open positions! Come with theme ideas from the BB or 12&12 that will help define our conference message and branding. Here is a list of positions on the host committee that you can stand for: Registration, Hospitality, Co-Hospitality, Graphics, Co-Security, Literature, A/V, IT, Accessibilities, Native American Liaison, Bid Cities Liaison, and possibly Co-Programs and Unity.
