DESCRIPTION:District 3 is hosting a workshop on improving the experience of Zoom and hybrid meetings. It will be a hybrid meeting. The workshop will be held at the Rio Grande Presbyterian Church (map here) on June 18th\, from Noon till 3:30 pm. The flyer is here. The flyer has the necessary Zoom information for attending the workshop virtually (for security we are not printing the Zoom meeting number). \nThe workshop will cover Zoom settings and updates. Also\, to be covered are details of Zoom setup\, including microphone\, speaker\, and video settings\, and much\, much more. SUMMARY:7th Annual AA-Athalon
DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nThe Area 46 YPAA committee will host the 7th annual AA-Athalon on Saturday June 18th\, 1pm-4pm in District 4. This will be an afternoon of fun and fellowship at Young Park in Las Cruces\, including a speaker meeting at 3pm! We will provide burgers and hot dogs. You or your group can bring a side\, dessert\, soda\, water\, or whatever you’d be willing and able to contribute. Here is a sign-up sheet to let us know what you’re bringing! \nYoung Park is located at 850 S Walnut St\, Las Cruces\, NM 88001. Typically this annual summer event is held in Albuquerque\, but we wanted to mix it up this year to allow for more participation and fellowship with AAs who might not usually attend.
