DESCRIPTION:The 2024 Area 46 Pre-Conference Assembly will be held at McGee Park Convention Center\, 41 Rd 5568\, Farmington\, NM 87401. The assembly is hosted by District 9. \nThere will be a pre-assembly A.A. speaker meeting on Friday\, April 5th @ 7:00 PM. \nThis will be a hybrid assembly. The Area 46 pre-conference assembly is typically held the last weekend in March every year\, however\, it will be held the first weekend in April this year. In addition to conducting area business\, this assembly is for our Delegate to better understand how our area as a whole feels about items that will be discussed by the General Service Conference. You can help us effectively produce this event by registering for either in-person or online attendance. Having a good idea of how many will be in person and online will help us better manage space at the venue and determine how many hybrid event production team members we need online and in each breakout room. \nPlease check this event page or the Upcoming Assembly page on the service site for more details. \nRegistration link will be posted in March.
