DESCRIPTION:A few minor changes have been made to improve the online assembly experience for all of us. The main changes are briefly listed below. \nMoving in and Out of Breakout Rooms  \nGreat news! You will be able to move yourself in and out of breakout rooms. Zoom has added this feature. You MUST update to the latest version of Zoom in order to move yourself. If have not updated your Zoom client\, then the host must manually move you like the September assembly. \nInformation on how to update your Zoom client can be found here. \nRegistration  \nThe assembly will still be on Zoom but we have moved to the EventBrite platform for registration.  This will allow our registrar and her team to actually check-in attendees at the event.  Moving to EventBrite will ensure we have a solid count of eligible voters for voting on Sunday morning. Everyone will need to go the Registration Breakout Room to check-in when they enter the assembly for the first time. \nRenaming  \nSince Attendees will be checked-in by the registrar there is no need to rename yourself. \nVoting  \nThe “Voting on Zoom” procedure handout will be more clear and will more accurately reflect the Area Information Pamphlet (AIP) Guidelines. \nLink to Assembly and the Assembly Quick Reference PDF  \nOn Dec 1 you will receive an email that includes the Zoom link for the assembly and the updated Assembly Quick Reference Guide.
