Hello Friends,
The Area 46 Hybrid Event Production (HEP) Committee is busy preparing for the August Assembly – be sure to stop by the tech table in the main room and say hello! Or, if you want to be even more involved, come to our committee meeting in person or virtually at the Assembly. We’re always looking for volunteers and it’s a great way to be part of something that impacts the fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous in the state of New Mexico.
The HEP Committee also wrapped up work in late June at the Assembly Planning Meeting and Seventh Tradition Workshop. At that session, I was fortunate enough to train one of our Committee Members in our hybrid setup so we can start to rotate people through the tech table, rather than chaining people to it for the duration of the Assembly.
