Hello! The literature committee has met twice since my last update. In our May meeting, we finalized our goals as a committee for this rotation. In our June meeting, we tackled the first of our goals, which is to write a set of guidelines for incoming District Literature Chairs. This was an effort begun by the 2022-2023 rotation of the literature committee, and we are working to complete that goal. We now have a revised draft of this document and plan to finalize it at our July meeting. Then we intend to move to our next goal and begin working on updated literature displays! If you would like to be involved in these efforts, please attend our next meeting. We meet on the third Thursday of the month at 6:00 p.m. over zoom, and our next meeting is scheduled for July 18.

The Literature committee was also present at the Area 46 Convention in Farmington. We set up our displays and sold literature. I was able to meet several literature committee members in person for this first time, which was great! All in all it was an excellent event and I had a great time.
