Greetings Area 46
I hope this Report finds you in good health and spirit. Being that it’s the March report I have sent out to all the Districts and Area Committees a Conference Agenda Item including the Background material
We have also posted the 73rd Conference Agenda items and Full background material on Area 46 website in the password protected service side
To the DCMs at your District meetings Please review, talk it out and then send me back any response or concerns. give the GSR time to take the Agenda Item back to their home group. All districts will have two district meetings to get feedback before I go to New York for the conference.
To the Area Committee Chairs please review with your Committees If you meet before the March Assembly that will be great. If you don’t get a chance to meet before the March Assembly when you have your committee meeting at the Assembly try to find time to discuss your particular agenda item. But do remember the work your Committee is doing is very Important and should not be replaced by a Conference Agenda Item.
On the Saturday Evening Delegate Sharing Session again like last year I will ask the Area officers to hold a roundtable discussion of an Agenda Item that I will give them. They in turn will report to me and the Assembly on results of the Round table discussion.
On Sunday Morning after the regular Assembly Business there will be an opportunity for GSR to give me feedback on any Agenda Item your Group discussed.
And any AA Member who feels they were not heard can contact me before i go to Conference
To all Please take the time to know which Agenda Item it is you are discussing and wish to give me feedback on it will make my Job easier when i go to Conference and I have to go up to the mike to discuss on the Agenda Items.
