Hello, Area, 46! I hope this report finds you well and in good spirits! I am looking forward to seeing you all at the upcoming Pre-Conference Assembly!
As we prepare for the upcoming Assembly, to ensure your Check-in/Registration at the Assembly is smooth as possible I want to take this opportunity to remind everyone to please register ahead of time whether you are showing up in person or joining on-line. This will help the registration process go smoothly especially since this will be this registration team’s first time serving at the Assembly. Go to the Area 46 website dev.aa-nia.org on the A.A. Member/Service Site to find the Registration Link. Please contact me, your DCM, or any Trusted Servant if you need the log in and password for the Service Site.
Thank you to all the districts who have sent in your Group Change Forms, New GSR and DCM information by the deadline that was set to provide enough time to put the upcoming Area 46 Directory together for the Trusted Servants by the upcoming Assembly. I want to extend my gratitude in advance to Bill L. who will be helping me put the directory together as he has done with past Registrars. Thank you, Bill, I know I would not be able to do this without your generous knowledge and service!
This is a reminder that if you did not make the deadline to get your forms to me, I encourage you to please send in these forms to keep our database up to date, to get the new GSR’s registered with GSO and receive your GSR packet. This data collection is an ongoing process that will continue all year round! You can find the change forms on the Area website on the Registrar page.
