The Southwest Regional Delegates Assembly is an annual meeting of Past Delegates, Past Regional Trustees, and the current serving Regional Trustee along with the current serving Area Delegates and their Alternates, who gather in Oklahoma City every March. They meet to prepare the current serving Delegates for the upcoming General Service Conference. More than discussion around the current agenda items, the meeting takes on the role of a mock Conference so that the SW Regional Delegates have a live feel for what will be their role at the Conference while participating in the committee process used at the Conference.
