I am honored to step into this role and serve as your Area 46 Young People in Service Committee Chair.
We held our first monthly meeting of the year on January 31st. In this meeting, we elected the committee service positions of secretary, treasurer, outreach, web/social media, and graphics. We also began to discuss the annual Three Legacies Workshop that this committee has organized for the past 6 years.
Planning is still in the early stag-es. We hope to announce the details of the 7th annual Three Legacies Workshop in the coming months. It will be a virtual event this year.
Look out for flyers on our web-page about our traveling meetings, where the Young People in Service Committee will pick a different young people oriented meeting to attend each month, to experience YPAA in different places. Due to an increase in virtual meetings, the committee can now pick YPAA meetings to attend anywhere in the world.
